How do I reserve a book, DVD, or other item?
You can reserve an item three ways.
- Online: Log in to your CLEVNET account, find your item in the catalog, and place it on hold. The item will be delivered to the branch of your choice for pick-up. Check your hold status online to see when it is ready.
- By phone: Call (216) 932-3600 and speak to a staff person, who can reserve your item for you with your library card. You can choose to be notified via email or phone.
- In person: Come in to any branch and ask a staff person for help.
