What we do
Apr 21st, 2008 by henry
ExploraStory is a weekly storytime that meets at the Coventry Village Branch of the Cleveland Heights University Heights Public Library. We meet at 10 AM every Friday to read stories, sing songs, and explore what we see in hear in the stories and in the world. We do this using methods that are inspired by reggio emilia, and it is a lot of fun. It is a program for the whole family, so you can come no matter how old you are. We are really easy to find, right at the corner of Coventry and Euclid Heights Boulevard in Cleveland Heights.
ExploraStory is growing! In addition to our Coventry programming, a summer series will be held at our Main branch, the Lee Road Library, from August 7 -28th, 2008. We will meet every Thursday in August at 10 AM, in the Activity Center. Our room is located on the second floor of the building across the street from the library (just cross the cool-looking bridge!) During Fall, ExploraStory will be held at Coventry Village only. Lee Road sessions will resume this winter. Be sure to look for us in our Family program schedule!
Henry,
You are doing wonderful work. I know that my family truly looks forward to Friday mornings. I don’t even have to remind them!
Bravo Henry and the families of Coventry Village Branch! Keep exploring!!
We love it!
Henry often dresses up in costumes, and he brought a big container of sand along with shells to explore too.
Lots of art supplies and enthusiasm. Very inspiring and rewarding for all involved.
We’ve met many other kids and adults and have enjoyed seeing their creative responses too.
Thank you to Henry and Sarah for such enthusiastic energy that you share!
I hope such wonderful programming will continue.
