Thousands of picture books are published each year, and, believe it or not, it can be really hard to find one that is the whole package – great illustrations, text, and a plot or storyline perfect for children. This year the youth services staff decided to save you reading time and share some of our favorite titles from 2016. In the list you’ll find quite a variety, including laugh-out-loud funny books, quiet, thoughtful books, perfect read aloud books, and sweet, snuggle-up books. Enjoy!
