We’ve discussed the library’s digital collections a lot in previous blog posts but as with all things technology, things change! Here are a few recent updates to the digital collections:
Magazines and Streaming Services, now through OverDrive and Libby!
Previously, magazines and streaming services like IndieFlix, Stingray Qello, and Great Courses were available through RBdigital. Now, they are available alongside all of your favorite eBooks and audiobooks through OverDrive and the Libby app. OverDrive is available at clevnet.overdrive.com. Libby is available for both Apple and Android devices and online at libbyapp.com.
To access magazines through OverDrive or Libby, click or tap on the Magazines category.
To access streaming services through the Libby app, tap on the Extras category.
Then, choose the streaming service you’d like to check out. You will have access to this service for 7 days.
Note: Unfortunately, Acorn TV is no longer available 🙁
New Libby navigation
The Libby app has been updated to include new options at the bottom of the screen. Now you can easily access search from anywhere in the app!
