Heights Libraries wants to hear from you about diversity, equity, and inclusion

We need your help to make us an even better public institution.

The Heights Libraries Anti-Racism Task Force has engaged the services of  Compass Consulting Services, LLC, to conduct a confidential virtual Community Focus Group as part of a diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) audit for the organization.

We deeply value your opinion on issues of diversity, equity and inclusion, and hope you will share your library experiences with us so we can make Heights Libraries a welcoming place for all, regardless of race, gender, age, or abilities.

Our goal is to gather information from not just library customers who feel positively about the organization, but also from those who may have had frustrating experiences with the institution.

The Community Focus Group will take place on Wednesday, December 9, 6:30 – 8 p.m.

  1. Do u have to give the white power nazi salute or the black power blm salute when u enter the building! All hail the great cultural revolution..

    Boil ur heads and shutup!
Bury your head in a book and leave it alone..

Common respect courtesy decency worked in the library for the past 40 yrs no reason why it should change..

If ur antsy or bored take on another job or hobby like pottery…
