Last time I shared what music I’ve been listening to lately. This week it’s all about the great television series that I’ve been binge watching.
I’ve been on a British TV series kicked for the last couple of months (especially the mysteries because they’re are so many great ones out there) and I must share my favorites.
The Honorable Woman – Amy (coworker/blogger/DVD maven) recommended this thrilling mystery miniseries starring Maggie Gyllenhaal and it is fantastic.
Broadchurch – Murder mystery set along the gorgeous Dorset coast and starring David Tenant. Get hooked on season one while you wait for season two (coming out in couple months).
Case Histories – Set in Edinburgh, based on the books by Kate Atkinson, and starring Jason Issacs. Need I say more?
Grantchester – Stars the dreamy Jame Norton as a vicar in 1950s Cambridge who finds himself solving crimes with a local detective. The first season aired on PBS after the latest installment of Downton Abbey and was a big hit. If you have Netflix you can also find Norton playing a completely different role in the hit new series Happy Valley.
