This summer, Heights Libraries invites its customers to travel far and wide, all within the cozy confines of the library or their homes. From June 1 through August 19, Heights Libraries will offer a range of travel-inspired summer reading programs for children, teens, and adults. Stop in at any branch starting June 1 to sign up!

Get your preschoolers on the road to literacy with “Reading Road Trip,” a summer reading program especially for them! Every child who registers can select a prize book. There are also chances to win fun prizes throughout the summer.
School-age children can sign up for “Around the World in 30 Days of Reading” and pick out a prize book to get you started on your reading adventure. The more you read, the more chances you’ll have to win awesome prizes throughout the summer. For children entering K-5. Summer is the time for road trips – and reading! Get the best of both worlds by participating in the “Teen Summer Reading Road Trip.” Just read for 30 minutes a day to earn free books and get entered to win awesome prizes.
Adults can submit an entry form for each and every book they read or listen to. With each entry, you’ll be eligible for a chance to win weekly prizes, as well as one of five grand prizes: a Kindle Fire HD 8 tablet, a prize package of international cuisine-related gift cards worth $100, or one of three Roku Express+ devices.
