Today we read some awesome books about all kinds of wheels.

Our first book today was:

The Wheels on the Bus, an adaptation of the traditional song

Maryann Kovlaski (words & pictures)

We then went to do a rhyme about a choo-choo train.

Choo-choo, Choo-choo, Choo-choo train (pump arms at sides in train motion)

Going down the track (march in place)

First it’s going forward, now it’s going back (march forward, then back)

Now the bell  is ringing (pump arm in the air)

And the whistle blows (make whistle noise)

What a lot of noise it makes (march around in a circle)

Everywhere it goes!
