We offer internet-connected computers in every branch of our Heights Libraries. We offer full color copiers and printers, scanners and fax capabilities.

Due to safety measures put in place to protect customers and staff from COVID-19, computer use now requires a reservation, and reservations may only be made by phone–walk-ups and online reservations are not available at this time. Computer use will also now require a library card—guest passes will not be available. Use is limited to one computer session per day, and sessions last for 45 minutes.

Customers may make a reservation by calling any branch, starting September 10 at 1:30 p.m. PLEASE NOTE: At the Lee Road branch, only computers in the HKIC will be available, not the main building.

Full computer guidelines are available here.

You can easily reserve a computer over the phone with your library card.
Don’t have a card? Getting one is easy.

All of our branches have free Wifi. Customers are welcome to access it in our parking lots.
