    The library offers medical, dental, vision , long term disability and life insurance coverage to full time employees.
  • OPERS
    The library provides a pick-up to the employee portion of Ohio Public Employees Retirement system costs.
  • Salary Schedule
    Increases are determined each year by the Library Board of Trustees.
  • Earned Time Off
    ETO is a combination of vacation, personal time and floating holidays. It is accrued each pay period.
  • Sick Time
    Sick time accrues separately from ETO, and can be used for illness or doctor’s appointments.
  • Professional Development
    The library provides many opportunities for staff members to take classes and workshops to increase their skills and performance.
  • Tuition Reimbursement
    Employees can apply to have tuition reimbursement for classes, certificate programs, and degrees from accredited institutions.
