The library is an easily accessible community gathering place which makes it an ideal public venue for displaying art. The gallery is located on the first floor of the HKIC building at the Lee Road branch, available free of charge, and is open during most regular library hours.

We welcome a diverse range of submissions from artists of all ages and backgrounds.
