How do I reserve a book, DVD, or other item?
You can reserve an item three ways:
Online
Log in to your account, find your item in the catalog, and place it on hold. The item will be delivered to the branch of your choice for pick-up. Check your hold status online to see when it is ready.
By phone
Call (216) 932-3600 and speak to a staff person, who can reserve your item for you with your library card. You can choose to be notified via email or phone.
In person
Come in to any branch and ask a staff person for help.
