Cell Phone doing something weird? Laptop acting strangely? Can’t get that one thing to do the thing? Don’t think one of the computer classes will answer these questions?

Good News!

We here at the Heights Knowledge and Innovation Center have two ways for you to get help.

Individual Tutorials

The Individual Tutorials are designed to get questions answer and problems fixed. They are offered in 30-minute time blocks. Tutorials are a great time to get one on one attention for an issue. Tech Trainers can help clarify something from a class, or offer assistance on a device or software the computer classes don’t cover.

Tutorials are held in the computer classroom every other Wednesday and Saturday.

Upcoming dates and times include:

Saturday, Jan 21 10 a.m., 11 a.m., & 12 a.m.

Ask a Tech Trainer

Can’t make it on Wednesday or Saturday? Prefer to come to one of the branches rather than Lee Road? Not sure if you really need 30 minutes to get your question answered?

Then Ask a Tech Trainer might be right for you! Ask a Tech Trainer is a little bit like Individual Tutorials, you get one on one time with a Tech Trainer. The difference is structure and location. Ask a Tech Trainer sessions are held in the lobby of the different branches and there is no sign up required. Drop in any time within the hour and a half to get help.

Upcoming dates and times include:

Coventry Village Branch, Feb 7 2 p.m.

Lee Road Branch, Saturday, Jan 14 11 a.m., Monday, Feb 20 7 p.m.

Noble Neighborhood Branch, Jan 17 & Feb 14 2 p.m.
