There’s a little less than a month left in the library’s summer reading program for kids, Around the World in 30 Days of Reading. The travel theme encourages participants to look outside their own experience and read more widely and diversely. The library is here to help you on your journey, if you’re having trouble finding a story set in or from a different country – check out the list below! There are stories from almost every continent in a variety of levels and genres. Start in the rolling hills of Scotland, take a peek at life in Pakistan, imagine yourself in the middle of the Amazon.
You never know what you might discover about the world in a good book!
