Elementary Read Alouds

by | Jan 19, 2018 | Children, Picture Books

This month I traveled to Noble and Oxford Elementary schools to share some great books with the Aftercare groups at each building. It’s always a treat to visit the schools and share some of the library’s latest and greatest books with the students. Because of the mixed ages in each group it can be challenging to pick out read-alouds that satisfy the curiosity of a 5th grader and the silliness of a first grader. My goal is to hit that sweet spot of learning something new and laughing along the way. Below you’ll find some of the the books I’ve read or brought along with me for school visits throughout the year. I like to think that they were all major hits 🙂 All are available through Clevnet.
