Increases are determined each year by the Library Board of Trustees. - Earned Time Off
ETO is a combination of vacation, personal time and floating holidays. It is accrued each pay period. - Sick Time
Sick time accrues separately from ETO, and can be used for illness or doctor’s appointments. - Professional Development
The library provides many opportunities for staff members to take classes and workshops to increase their skills and performance. - Tuition Reimbursement
