About the artist:
The son of two artists, Aaron has been drawing and painting since he was 16 years old. Over the years Aaron has continued to integrate art in his life as a way to relieve stress, composing especially dramatic pieces in more difficult periods in his life, and sometimes taking prolonged breaks from his work during more stable periods. But when Aaron is making art, he is extremely prolific, cranking out hundreds of pieces within a matter of months.
Aaron’s work combines elements of Picasso and early surrealists like Dali, as well as more contemporary influences such as Basquiat. Using pens, markers, and watercolors, Aaron draws extremely precise lines that form complex images of people, animals, buildings, and clouds, all interconnected on the page.
