Heights Libraries is seeking qualifications statements in accordance with Ohio Revised Code Sections 153.65 through 153.71from firms to provide professional services as the Criteria Design Engineer/ Architect for HVAC upgrades at the Coventry Branch 1925 Coventry Road, Cleveland Heights, Ohio. The total project cost is $450,000 – 500,000.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on December 8, 2020 at 9:30 a.m.by ZOOM. Provide emails of attendees by December 1 to: jcriscione@JMCorep.com.

Deadline for RFQ submission: Monday, December 21, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. EST.

*Note: Late proposals WILL NOT be accepted.

Proposal Requirements: the library requests submissions in both electronic and (1) hard copy.

Deliver hard copy to: Administrative Office, Heights Library Main Branch, 2345 Lee Rd., Cleveland Hts., OH 44118.

On the hard copy of the proposal provide the full name and address of each person or organization submitting the proposal on the outside of envelope.

  1. I have not visited the lower level of the library. If there are no window type enclosed private rooms, I would like to see that just like other branches.
