Today we traveled to distant places and far away lands in story time!
We started off with We’re Sailing Down the Nile: a Journey through Egypt, by Laurie Krebs.
After a few songs and rhymes to get the wiggles out, we also read Off We Go to Mexico! An Adventure in the Sun, by Laurie Krebs
For our craft activity, we made tiny paper pyramids, and talked about the fact that both Mexico and Egypt have ancient pyramids.
